Cheesecake. The single most amazing, delicious, tantalizing treat on the planet. In popsicle form with some delicious fruit? Consider me done. When I saw this recipe on Kitchen Meets Girl, lets just say my little heart could hardly handle it. Lets dive right in…

– (8) 5-ounce Dixie Cups
– popsicle sticks
– 8 sheets graham crackers, crushed
– 2 tablespoons butter, melted
– 2 (small) packages cheesecake instant pudding mix
– 4 cups milk
– sliced strawberries and blueberries
– Instructions

Crush your graham crackers into small pieces, using a food processor, blender, rolling pin–whatever you’ve got!

Stir in melted butter to combine.

Combine pudding mix and milk, whisking together until smooth.

Add a small layer (a spoonful or so) of pudding mix to the bottom of your cups.

Next, add a layer of your graham cracker “crust” (again, about a spoonful).

On top of your graham cracker crumbs, layer in a few sliced berries. Fill cups up the rest of the way with the remaining pudding mix.

Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until set.

Now, doesn’t that just sounds like the perfect summer treat?

I’ve always said that I’m an “aspiring athlete”. But, just because I’m not the first person you’d see in the gym doesn’t mean I don’t have a keen eye for adorable workout gear! Places like Athleta and lucy know how to mix the functionality of athletic apparel with the trendy side of fashion. Let’s just say that if you ever DID see me up in the gym (obvi workin’ on my fitness like my girl Fergie) you’d see me in some of these pieces…

What am I crushing on? 1. Athleta long sleeve Wick-it Good top; 2. lucy spin fusion sleeveless top; 3. lucy Race Your Heart Out jacket; 4. lucy Wade it Out water short; 5. Athleta Skills & Drills tank; 6. Athleta Interval Jacket; 7. Athleta Kickbooty pant; 8. Athleta bra cup Vee Neck racerback tank; 9. lucy Power Practice capri

Who knows, maybe these adorable pieces will have me breaking a sweat sooner rather than later… from carrying all the bags at the store 🙂

It’s that time of the week again! Are you ready for another mouth watering recipe? I never thought I was a fan of Rolos, until I had them in cookies… now I have a sweet spot for anything that includes those little morsels! I stumbled across this yummy recipe from Key Ingredient and just had to share the love:

Ingredients –

– 3 cups of graham cracker crumbs
– 1 cup sugar
– 2 Sticks of melted butter (16 tablespoons)
Stir all together and press into a 9 X 13 pan lined with non stick foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes and cool.

– 2 (8-oz packages) of cream cheese
– 2 eggs
– 1 cup sugar
– ¼ cup flour

Directions –

Beat until smooth. Once smooth, add one package of mini Rolos (the unwrapped one) and pour onto the cool crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Let cool and glaze.

Melt in microwave: 1 stick of butter and 6 ounces of chocolate chips. Stir until smooth and add 4 teaspoons of light corn syrup. Pour smoothly on bars and chill overnight. Cut with a big knife! I added a chocolate drizzle and a half of Rolo on top! Enjoy!

As always, if anyone wants to make these for me, I would totally appreciate it!

I’m a sucker for great nails… and even more, I’m a sucker for great nail polish. Like, we’re talking one nail chips, and everything comes off for repolishing. My usual comfort zone falls in the pinks/reds/corals family, but that doesn’t stop me from having major color crushes on some wild card delights. Today, I’m wishing for nail polish… Like my collection isn’t big enough, but I’m bored with them all. Here are my crush worthy colors that I either currently adore, wish I could pull off, or plan on buying in the very near future!

Featured: 1. essie: the more the merrier; 2. essie: watermelon; 3. essie: full steam ahead; 4. essie: cute as a button; 5. first timer; 6. essie: fiji; 7. OPI: Big Apple Red; 8. OPI: Brisbane Bronze; 9. OPI: If You Moust, You Moust; 10. OPI: Road House Blues; 11. OPI: The “IT” Color; 12. OPI: Diva Of Geneva

As you can see, I totally dig essie and OPI. These polishes are not only witty with names (which is extra points in my book) but they are quality polishes. Paired with the right base and top coat (hem, hem, check out my Tuesday Tip for the most amazing ones EVER) and these brands will stay forever! I’m also a huge fan of the Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure line, as those have the tendency to remain perfect for extended periods of time as well.

With the right manicure, I’m a firm believer that you can take over the world.

Until tomorrow,

Oh boy do I love a good margarita. So, when I came across this recipe from Staci Perry of Cupcakes Garden, I absolutely HAD to feature it. Combining two of my favorite things in the world? I’m all over it.

Forget the sweet talk, lets get right into the dirty details.

– 1 box white cake mix
– 7-1/2 ounces original margarita mix
– 2 ounces tequila (or triple sec if you prefer)
– 1/2 ounce orange juice
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 3 egg whites

Preheat oven to 350°.

In a medium bowl, add all ingredients and beat on medium-high until fluffy. If you prefer, use triple sec in place of the tequila. The important thing is to use a total of 10 ounces of liquid. Line a regular cupcake pan with papers or grease with non-stick spray. Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick or cake tester comes out clean. Transfer to cooling rack.

Simple as cake… CUPcake. See what I did there? Man, I am just SO funny sometimes. Well, enjoy the recipe darlings.
